The lot brings together the work of smallholder producers from across the region, with farms located at elevations between 1,700 and 2,000 m.a.s.l. The majority of contributing farmers grow and contribute Chiroso, a variety known for its complex, and delicious profile. This lovely Nectar includes lots that ensure all coffees that enter the buying station have a home whereby we can pay a premium price. Creating this communal lot requires careful quality control, it’s not by luck!
